Returns & Refunds

At Kindred Gifting, all products are personalised and made to order specifically for each customer.

Because of the custom nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind once an order has been approved and production has commenced.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@kindredgifting.co.uk (update with your email address) and provide details and photographs where applicable. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If an order has not yet entered production, cancellation requests may be considered. Please contact us as soon as possible.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
